Our hospice residence is located in a beautiful setting in Clarington, and we are welcoming patients from any part of Durham Region.

Residents in our hospice will benefit from our 24-hour care team of expert palliative / end-of-life care physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, personal support workers and volunteers. If you or your family member is nearing the end stage of life, we are here for you.
